Did you have a nice weekend? We really are enjoying this nice weather! It feels like spring...and makes me so excited for a summer of flip flops, sun glasses, lake house, baby pools, and warm weather!
This weekend, we celebrated the "near" arrival of my little niece with a baby shower! Kiley looks absolutely beautiful, doesn't she?
And grandma came for a visit. Callie was a big helper and sewed with grandma.
We also went on a walk down the block, enjoyed the sunshine, and met some neighbors.
During our walk, we got our first little cement forehead, hands, and knees. Babies are not used to walking downhill on a driveway (look carefully and you can see the cement print). She's fine today thankfully!
We also had breakfast with dad.

We went to church on Sunday and had some great worship and fellowship. We heard the exciting news that our worship pastor and his wife are in Texas right now, adopting a baby girl! It's an amazing answer to prayer that was so exciting to hear about.

We too are excited about Spring's arrival and we ventured to the zoo yesterday...super fun!
Aren't you just super excited about Steve and Lese adopting a baby? It's so exciting!
