I just wanted a cute picture of my babe with her little pink hat.
I set her on the couch in her bedroom and started taking pictures. I took a few pictures, adjusted her little body. Took a few more, adjusted her hat.
I could capture her little face better if she was propped up higher on a pillow, closer to the edge. There, much better.
My top-heavy little girl didn't stay propped up on the pillow for long.
Thankfully, I caught her just in time.
Phew.
That was scary!
I also caught the picture just in time. The evidence. I thought about immediately deleting it from my camera. Then no one would know what (almost) happened.
Instead, I decided to broadcast it on my blog. Next time, I'll be more careful.

I think there are a LOT of mommies out there who have done the same thing! I have! She is just soooo precious!
Me too! Abbie fell off the couch when she was about 6 months old and she was just fine but it is still pretty scary. Good catch!
She is adorable! Don't feel bad, I dropped Kaylee when she was a few weeks old. I learned my lesson NOT to hold the baby and walk the dog at then same time! :)
